Responsibility
- Assist in developing and implementing strategic planning initiatives to optimize manufacturing and logistics operations.
- Coordinate with production, transport, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Monitor inventory levels and supply chain performance to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Analyze operational data and generate reports to support decision-making and process improvements.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve logistics-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation plans.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in planning, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and logistics software is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
