Responsibility
- Supervise daily inventory control activities, including cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory accuracy, stock turnover, and order fulfillment rates to regional management.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures to minimize losses and improve efficiency.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and recommend stock optimization strategies.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to resolve supply chain issues and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Lead training sessions for warehouse staff on inventory management systems and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or supply chain operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or WMS) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Knowledge of lean inventory principles, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are advantageous.
