Responsibility
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and propose actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Design and optimize workflows to maximize output while maintaining product quality.
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices and new process implementations.
- Conduct regular audits of production processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the R&D team to integrate new technologies and methodologies into existing processes.
- Prepare detailed reports on process performance and present findings to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering within the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements that result in measurable efficiency gains.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
