Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Conduct regular stock counting and reconcile discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate order picking, packing, and dispatching to meet delivery schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in all warehouse activities.
- Monitor stock levels and generate reports to support procurement and replenishment decisions.
- Organize warehouse layout to optimize space utilization and facilitate efficient operations.
- Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to streamline supply chain processes.
- Perform routine inspections of warehouse equipment and report any maintenance needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; diploma in logistics or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management software or inventory systems.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as required by the role.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
