As a Boilerman, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our biomass plant, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company protocols. Your expertise will contribute to the sustainable and efficient production of energy, making a direct impact on our operations and the environment.
This role is based in Bali, Indonesia, offering a competitive salary range of RM 3,500 – RM 5,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and development in the manufacturing and logistics sector.
Responsibility
- Operate and monitor fully automated biomass plants, including steam boilers, fuel handling systems, and electrostatic precipitators (ESP).
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of boiler systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in the biomass plant to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of plant operations, including fuel consumption, steam production, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule and perform preventive maintenance tasks.
- Monitor and adjust plant parameters to optimize efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff on plant operations and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Certification as a Boilerman Grade 1 or 2, recognized by relevant authorities.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operating and maintaining biomass plants or similar industrial equipment.
- Strong knowledge of steam boilers, fuel handling systems, and electrostatic precipitators.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and environmental regulations in the manufacturing sector.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to changing operational requirements.
