Responsibility
- Develop and implement production plans to ensure timely delivery of products while optimizing resource utilization.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and production, to align manufacturing schedules with demand forecasts.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts or excess inventory, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Analyze production data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Lead and supervise a team of inventory control specialists, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and components.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in all manufacturing and inventory processes.
- Prepare and present reports on production performance, inventory status, and operational metrics to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or manufacturing operations, preferably in the food or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing production schedules and inventory systems in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) or lean manufacturing (e.g., Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are advantageous.
