Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials to production teams.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient material flow.
- Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations within the warehouse.
- Assist in the implementation of warehouse management systems and process improvements.
- Resolve discrepancies in inventory and coordinate with suppliers or internal teams as needed.
- Support the training and supervision of warehouse staff to maintain high operational standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics coordination.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance standards in warehouse environments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with manufacturing or FMCG industry logistics is a plus.
