Responsibility
- Oversee and optimize end-to-end logistics and transportation operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve workflows, route planning, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decisions.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align logistics strategies with business objectives and customer demands.
- Implement and maintain advanced logistics software and technologies to streamline operations and enhance visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of optimizing logistics operations, reducing costs, and improving service delivery.
- Strong knowledge of local and international logistics regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage teams and stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in logistics management software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and make strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
