As part of our growing operations in Bali’s key industrial hubs, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining workflow efficiency, inventory accuracy, and workplace safety. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in forklift operation, a commitment to safety protocols, and the ability to adapt in a high-volume setting.
Responsibility
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, move, and stack materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-operation inspections of forklifts, reporting any mechanical issues or safety concerns.
- Follow all warehouse safety guidelines, including proper load balancing, speed limits, and pedestrian awareness.
- Assist in inventory management by accurately tracking and documenting stock movements using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and maintain organized storage areas.
- Handle hazardous materials (if applicable) in compliance with company and regulatory safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace to minimize risks and improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on best practices in forklift operation and warehouse safety.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Forklift Operator in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Valid forklift operator certification (e.g., OSHA or equivalent local certification).
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and ability to adhere to strict operational guidelines.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25-50 kg) as needed.
- Basic literacy in inventory management systems or willingness to learn.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination, spatial awareness, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings or weekends, as required by operational demands.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork-oriented mindset.
