Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Lead and conduct regular internal and external audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality protocols.
- Monitor and analyze key quality metrics such as First Pass Yield (FPY) and Defects Per Million Opportunities (DPPM) to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer quality concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Drive initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management within the EMS or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and industry standards.
- Proven experience in conducting audits and implementing corrective actions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Fluency in Mandarin is preferred to facilitate communication with international stakeholders.
- Proficiency in quality management tools and software.
