Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage outbound logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams, vendors, and transportation partners to optimize supply chain processes.
- Monitor and report on logistics performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Implement cost-control measures to enhance operational efficiency and reduce expenses.
- Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations and company policies.
- Oversee billing and documentation processes to maintain accuracy and transparency.
- Resolve logistics-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions in the supply chain.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline outbound planning and execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of outbound logistics processes, including warehousing and transportation.
- Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
