Responsibility
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability to meet company standards.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to secure the best value for the organization.
- Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and cost-saving opportunities to optimize procurement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing practices.
- Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, budgets, and cost variances to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of inventory management, contract law, and supplier evaluation techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
