Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet quality, safety, and efficiency targets.
- Lead, mentor, and train production staff to ensure high performance and adherence to SOPs.
- Monitor and optimize workflows to minimize downtime and maximize output.
- Enforce strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and materials to maintain operational standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, quality control) to resolve bottlenecks.
- Prepare and submit production reports, including KPIs, yield analysis, and improvement recommendations.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing or production.
- Proven track record in managing rotating shift operations and teams in a high-volume environment.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and HSE standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, MES, or production management software is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
