As a Procurement Officer, you will oversee the end-to-end purchasing process, from vendor selection to contract negotiation, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. Based in Baliâs vibrant business hubs (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas), youâll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with organizational goals. Responsibility
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost savings and supplier performance.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms and high-quality materials/services.
- Manage purchase orders, approvals, and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand and prevent shortages.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing benchmarks, and alternative suppliers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers while exploring new partnerships to enhance the supply chain.
- Prepare and present procurement reports, including cost analyses, savings achievements, and risk assessments.
- Ensure adherence to ethical procurement practices and sustainability initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record in vendor negotiation, contract management, and cost reduction strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, or Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
- Knowledge of procurement regulations, compliance standards, and risk management.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS, CSCP) is a plus.
