Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate the receiving, unloading, and verification of incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Manage inventory control by tracking stock levels, conducting cycle counts, and reconciling discrepancies.
- Organize and maintain warehouse storage systems to optimize space utilization and ensure easy retrieval of goods.
- Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to streamline inbound and outbound processes.
- Prepare and maintain detailed records of all warehouse transactions, including receiving logs, inventory reports, and shipment documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all warehouse operations.
- Coordinate with transportation providers to schedule deliveries and pickups efficiently.
- Assist in training and supervising warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and accuracy levels.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, receiving, or inventory management.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking tools.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Familiarity with logistics software and barcode scanning systems is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset to resolve discrepancies and inefficiencies.
