Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using digital or manual systems.
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow and task completion.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies to prevent losses or shortages.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations within the warehouse.
- Optimize storage space and organize inventory for easy access and retrieval.
- Liaise with other departments to coordinate logistics and fulfill orders promptly.
- Prepare and submit reports on warehouse activities, inventory levels, and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related field.
- Proven ability to lead and supervise a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and best practices.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry skills.
- Familiarity with manufacturing or logistics industry standards is a plus.
- Physical stamina to handle manual tasks, including lifting and moving inventory.
