Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to align with buyer order deadlines and capacity constraints.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely material availability and workflow efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and material requirements, proactively addressing shortages or delays.
- Optimize resource allocation (labor, machinery, and materials) to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
- Analyze production data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams (sales, quality control, logistics) to resolve scheduling conflicts and prioritize orders.
- Prepare and present daily/weekly production reports to management with actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all planning activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or logistics within manufacturing.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
