Responsibility
- Lead procurement activities, including supplier quotations, negotiations, and contract management.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast material requirements and align procurement strategies.
- Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.
- Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage supplier relationships and conduct regular business reviews to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Support cross-functional teams in resolving procurement-related issues and escalations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Proficient in procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with global teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in procurement (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) is a plus.
