Responsibility
- Assist in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Supervise and train store staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving store targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Handle cash transactions, reconcile daily sales, and prepare reports as required.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement promotional activities and improve store performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in retail or logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience in a retail or store environment, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in inventory management software and POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
