Responsibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize process plans for manufacturing operations.
- Monitor and analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the production cycle.
- Develop and maintain documentation for production procedures, workflows, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot technical issues on the production floor and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
- Train and mentor production staff on new processes, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure materials and equipment necessary for production.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production engineering role.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Proficiency in using CAD software, process simulation tools, and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex production data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with ISO or other quality management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
