Responsibility
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage and allocate manpower resources efficiently to meet production targets.
- Coordinate material planning and inventory control to minimize waste and optimize workflow.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust operations as needed to meet deadlines.
- Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions to maintain product excellence.
- Lead, mentor, and train production staff to enhance performance and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing or production.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and production management software.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
