Responsibility
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment to uphold safety and efficiency standards.
- Diagnose technical issues and implement corrective actions to resolve production bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to optimize manufacturing processes and improve product quality.
- Monitor production metrics and adjust machine settings to meet output targets and quality specifications.
- Document maintenance activities, equipment performance, and process improvements for continuous analysis.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the setup and calibration of new machinery and production lines as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational certification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Production Technician, Machine Operator, or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills with hands-on experience in machinery maintenance.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., 5S, TPM).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and equipment monitoring systems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
