Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic production plans to align with sales forecasts, inventory targets, and manufacturing capacity.
- Monitor and optimize compounding, dipping, and former processes to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards.
- Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to balance supply chain efficiency and cost control.
- Analyze production data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate multi-plant scheduling to maximize resource utilization and minimize downtime.
- Lead inventory planning to prevent stockouts or excess while adhering to budget constraints.
- Prepare detailed reports on production performance, capacity utilization, and variance analysis for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all planning activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing logistics, or supply chain within a high-volume industrial environment.
- Proven expertise in compounding, dipping, or former processes (glove manufacturing experience is a plus).
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel for data analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or demand planning tools is advantageous.
- Fluent in English with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
