Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet quality, safety, and efficiency targets.
- Lead, mentor, and train production teams to ensure optimal performance and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to meet deadlines and customer demands.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a zero-accident workplace.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., quality control, logistics) to streamline operations.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ISO standards.
- Prepare and present performance reports, including KPIs, to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role.
- Proven track record in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in production planning software (e.g., ERP, MES) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with quality control systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and safety standards (e.g., OSHA).
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
