Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for spare parts, ensuring real-time tracking and availability.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to procure spare parts efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Analyze demand patterns and forecast requirements to optimize stock levels and prevent shortages or excesses.
  • Process orders, shipments, and returns while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits of inventory to verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory turnover and reduce carrying costs.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal stakeholders regarding spare parts specifications and compatibility.
  • Generate reports on inventory status, usage trends, and performance metrics for management review.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in spare parts management, inventory control, or a similar role within manufacturing, automotive, or logistics industries.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., ERP, SAP, or WMS) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with suppliers, customers, and team members.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with automotive, industrial, or mechanical spare parts is a plus.
  • Willingness to relocate or work in Bali, Indonesia (preferred).
