Responsibility
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess.
- Liaise with suppliers to negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Process purchase orders and track shipments to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to align procurement with operational needs.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements.
- Resolve discrepancies between orders and deliveries, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
- Assist in forecasting demand and planning procurement activities to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain supplier relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of manufacturing or logistics industries is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are advantageous.
