Responsibility
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient and safe processing of seafood products.
- Perform packaging tasks, including labeling, sealing, and preparing products for shipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production and warehouse areas to comply with hygiene and safety standards.
- Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet company and regulatory standards.
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to minimize risks and accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to the supervisor promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in manufacturing or production is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
