Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Optimize inventory levels to minimize costs while meeting demand, using data-driven forecasting.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times.
- Prepare and analyze supply chain reports, identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure cost-effective and reliable sourcing options.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies in all logistics and procurement activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, sales) to align supply chain strategies with business goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or equivalent educational qualification; higher qualifications in logistics, business, or related fields are a plus.
- 1+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or a related field.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with short lead times.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address supply chain challenges.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is advantageous.
