Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of stockers and checkers to ensure accurate inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Verify inventory counts and maintain precise records to minimize discrepancies.
- Train and mentor team members to improve efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) for stock handling and quality control.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline logistics and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Prepare reports on inventory levels, team performance, and operational metrics for management review.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in warehouse operations or logistics is a plus.
- Proven leadership skills through organizational involvement (e.g., student organizations, community groups).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to foster a collaborative work culture.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., MS Office, inventory management software) is preferred.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and willingness to adhere to workplace health and safety standards.
