Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming inventory with precision to ensure accuracy and quality control.
- Organize and maintain warehouse storage systems, including labeling, shelving, and stock rotation.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or retail distribution, adhering to deadlines and customer requirements.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies to minimize loss and improve efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and delivery teams to streamline order fulfillment processes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free warehouse environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles and verifying shipment documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
- Proven experience (1+ years) in warehouse operations, retail inventory, or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., inventory software, Excel) and numerical skills for data entry and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 20-25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Team player with strong communication skills in English and/or Indonesian.
- Familiarity with retail or multimedia products is advantageous.
