Based in the vibrant Badung region (covering Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Kuta), you’ll play a key role in inventory management, order fulfillment, and coordination with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and clients. Your ability to communicate in Mandarin will be a critical asset in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining strong business relationships.

Responsibility
- Manage and organize warehouse inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper storage of goods.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including verification, labeling, and documentation.
- Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers, clients, and internal teams to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
- Assist in resolving any logistics or communication issues that arise with Mandarin-speaking partners.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English or Indonesian is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills (e.g., inventory management systems, Excel) are preferred.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 20-25 kg) as needed.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and equipment operation is advantageous.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime, as required.
