Responsibility
- Develop and improve product designs to meet customer requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance, to ensure product excellence.
- Conduct thorough testing and analysis to identify areas for product enhancement.
- Prepare and present technical reports and documentation in English for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends and advancements to incorporate innovative solutions into product development.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Provide technical support and training to production teams and customers as needed.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product engineering, preferably in the manufacturing or automotive industry.
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication.
- Familiarity with CAD software and other engineering tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards.
- Willingness to relocate or travel to various locations in Bali as required.
