Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing raw materials and supplies to meet production demands.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and reliable delivery schedules.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and finance, to align procurement and inventory strategies with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency.
- Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, inventory status, and cost analysis to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing, inventory control, or supply chain management, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain productive vendor relationships.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CIPS, CSCP) is a plus.
