Responsibility
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure high-quality materials at competitive prices.
- Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely procurement of raw materials and components.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to align purchasing activities with inventory and production schedules.
- Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and cost fluctuations to optimize procurement strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier agreements.
- Resolve supply chain issues and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure reliability and favorable terms.
- Prepare and present procurement reports, including cost analyses and savings achievements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and procurement software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make cost-effective decisions.
- Knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and supplier evaluation.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
