Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce excess stock.
- Generate reports on inventory turnover, stock movements, and warehouse performance.
- Implement best practices for inventory storage, handling, and organization.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve inventory-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations in warehouse operations.
- Assist in training new staff on inventory control procedures and software.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or logistics.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and warehouse operations best practices.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
