Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO standards and other relevant regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality objectives, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all products meet specified quality standards before release to the market.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality management practices and compliance requirements.
- Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in quality management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management or compliance within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and other relevant quality management systems.
- Experience conducting audits and implementing corrective actions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
