Responsibility
- Manage and organize inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper storage of bakery ingredients and products.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies to maintain data integrity in warehouse systems.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, including loading/unloading, labeling, and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently to move materials.
- Prepare and process orders for delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and maintaining warehouse records.
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams to optimize inventory flow and reduce waste.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics/warehouse management is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a similar role (preferably in FMCG or bakery industry).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office, inventory software) and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills in English and/or Indonesian to coordinate with team members.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and willingness to adhere to company policies.
