Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality against purchase orders.
- Organize and store inventory in designated locations, maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for distribution, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, and shipments.
- Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to optimize warehouse space and workflow.
- Follow all company SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality control measures to ensure operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately.
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in inventory management software or ERP systems.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with internal departments.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and equipment operation (certification is a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime, as required by operational needs.
