Responsibility
- Manage the receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming materials and finished products.
- Ensure accurate inventory records by conducting regular stock checks and updates.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to facilitate smooth material flow.
- Prepare and process orders for shipment, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization in compliance with company standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Assist in conducting physical inventory counts and reconciling discrepancies.
- Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a zero-accident workplace culture.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 20 kg) safely.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to operational demands.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting.
- Prior experience in warehousing or logistics is a plus but not required.
