Responsibility
- Accurately receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments into the warehouse management system.
- Prepare and dispatch orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers and internal departments.
- Maintain organized inventory records and conduct regular stock checks to prevent discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to optimize warehouse space and streamline operations.
- Assist in the preparation of reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols within the warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if needed).
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues related to inventory or shipments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management software or similar systems.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in a warehouse setting.
