Responsibility
- Oversee daily inventory operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems and procedures.
- Train and supervise inventory staff, ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards.
- Generate reports on inventory status, discrepancies, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies related to inventory management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of local regulations and best practices in inventory management.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
