Responsibility
- Develop and maintain comprehensive order management plans to align production schedules with customer demand and inventory levels.
- Monitor and track order execution across purchasing, production, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments (e.g., Sales, Procurement, Warehouse) to resolve bottlenecks and prioritize urgent orders.
- Analyze production capacity, lead times, and resource availability to optimize scheduling and reduce downtime.
- Generate and present performance reports on order fulfillment metrics, including lead times, backlogs, and delivery accuracy.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks in the supply chain.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement of raw materials and components.
- Maintain accurate documentation and update ERP systems with real-time order status and adjustments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in order management, production planning, or supply chain coordination, preferably in manufacturing.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Just-in-Time (JIT), or Six Sigma principles is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
