Responsibility
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of airport facilities, including terminals, runways, and support buildings.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespan.
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to execute facility upgrades and repairs.
- Monitor and optimize energy consumption and sustainability initiatives within airport facilities.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, including maintenance logs, reports, and compliance records.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and coordinate rapid resolution of issues.
- Recommend and implement cost-effective solutions for facility improvements and efficiency enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in an airport or large-scale infrastructure environment.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, compliance standards, and best practices in facility management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using facility management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Certification in facilities management (e.g., CFM, FMP) is a plus.
