Responsibility
- Assist drivers in loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Secure cargo using straps, pallets, or other equipment to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify delivery contents against invoices or manifests to ensure accuracy.
- Provide excellent customer service by handling deliveries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle and warehouse areas.
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and use of protective gear.
- Assist with basic vehicle maintenance checks (e.g., tire pressure, fluid levels) as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily delivery targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- At least a high school graduate or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a delivery helper, warehouse assistant, or similar role is a plus.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy items (up to 25 kg) repeatedly.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
- Basic knowledge of local routes in Badung, Bali (e.g., Canggu, Ubud, Jimbaran) is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions accurately.
- Valid driver’s license (for non-commercial vehicles) is a bonus but not required.
