Responsibility
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
- Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and report issues to supervisors
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Organize and store inventory in designated locations using RFID or barcode systems
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions in the warehouse management system (WMS)
- Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure data accuracy
- Prepare orders for outbound shipment by picking, packing, and labeling products
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; logistics certification is a plus
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or related fields
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends if required
