Responsibility
- Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Analyze quality data and prepare reports for management review.
- Support the training of staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Assist in the investigation of customer complaints and non-conformance reports.
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality assurance activities and findings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using quality control tools and software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., CQA, CQE) is a plus.
