Responsibility
- Assist in the packing, labeling, and quality control of coffee products to ensure consistency and compliance with brand standards.
- Manage inventory tracking, including stock levels, supply orders, and storage organization.
- Coordinate delivery logistics, ensuring timely and accurate distribution to clients and retail partners.
- Operate and maintain packaging machinery and tools with adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the production team to streamline workflows and improve efficiency in daily operations.
- Conduct regular quality checks on packed products to meet company and industry standards.
- Assist in warehouse organization, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Maintain accurate records of production, packing, and delivery activities for reporting purposes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in production, packing, or warehouse operations, preferably in the F&B or coffee industry.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures.
- Physical stamina to handle manual tasks, including lifting, packing, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
