Responsibility
- Assist in managing inventory and stock levels to ensure product availability.
- Provide excellent customer service, including handling inquiries and processing orders.
- Support warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Maintain a clean and organized store and warehouse environment.
- Assist in conducting regular stock audits and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely order fulfillment.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment and tools safely and effectively.
- Follow company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or retail is a plus.
- Previous experience in a retail, warehouse, or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
