Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records for trucks, heavy equipment, and spare parts using ERP or inventory management systems.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and project teams to optimize stock levels and prevent shortages or excesses.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Generate reports on inventory status, turnover rates, and stock movements for management review.
- Assist in forecasting demand and recommending reorder points to support project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements for asset management.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve supply chain issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain coordination, preferably in manufacturing or heavy equipment industries.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
- Knowledge of lean inventory principles, JIT (Just-in-Time), or 5S methodologies is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
