Responsibility
- Assist in daily transport routing and driver scheduling to ensure timely deliveries.
- Liaise with customers to address inquiries and resolve logistics-related issues.
- Manage and process LTA permit applications for smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records and data entry in Google Drive for container operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to optimize logistics processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure compliance with schedules and regulations.
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation for management review.
- Support ad-hoc operational tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics, transport, or operations support roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Drive and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of LTA regulations and permit applications is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
